The fees for all aged care facilities is heavily regulated by the Government. So, unfortunately, they can feel complicated. Here’s a simple explanation.
It all depends on your level of Government support
By visiting servicesaustralia.gov.au or calling 1800 227 475 you can clarify how much Government assistance you qualify for. You’ll either be ‘Fully Supported’, ‘Partially Supported’ or ‘Non-Supported’ – your fees directly relate to your situation.
